Camp Mountain House
Camp Mountain House | Day Camp
Founded in 1942, Camp Mountain House is hidden away in a wooded sanctuary on South Mountain in Lehigh County just outside of Allentwon.
During the summer, Camp Mountain House offers eight weeks of day camp for campers entering K-12. Be creative in our art center, have fun singing songs, get active playing gaga, perform on the stage in the amphitheater, or get messy with science in the greenhouse. Plus in 2026 Mountain House will have a brand new Activity Center!
What Makes Mountain House Special:
Camp Mountain House is the second oldest GSEP camp and has been hosting campers for more than 80 years!
Mountain House has an amazing greenhouse where campers plant and tend to the garden all summer long. The plants are used for various cooking programs throughout the summer!

Facilities and Accommodations
Day camp utilizes Mountain House Lodge, the Activity Center and Pine Cabin for all activities.
Campers who opt to do a one-night overnight during the week stay in either Mountain House Lodge or platform tents.
Mountain House is also home to the greenhouse, famous gaga pit, and amphitheater.

Here's a quick guide on registering for camp, in just four easy steps!
- Login to myGS or create a login before browsing. This makes it easier to add programs to your cart and checkout.
- Look through 2026 Camp and Program Guide - coming soon!
- Once you've chosen a specific camping program, find your session(s) via the Event Calendar.
- Select the session(s) you'd like to register for and click "View Details" then "Register".
- Enter the number of girls you'd like to register and complete the cart checkout process.
- If you didn't login before looking at programs, click "Log In" to finish the registration process on the myGS platform.
- Girl Scout Members: Simply log into your myGS account to finish registration.
- Non Girl Scout Members: Click "Don't have an account? Sign up now" and create an account. You will then need to purchase a membership to proceed with registration.
