Unbox the Possibilities – Your Cookie Program, Your Way
Deciding how to sell cookies is one of the biggest and most exciting decisions girl Scouts will make during the Cookie Program, and there are a lot of choices! Whether at a cookie booth with their troop or selling 100% online, Girl Scouts take the lead.
Order Card
Each Girl Scout will be given a Cookie Order Card that they can use to take orders from friends, family, and neighbors. Girl Scouts can collect orders and, when ready, request cookies from their troop volunteer to fulfill the orders. Remember, when selling door-to-door, sales should only take place within the Girl Scout's residential neighborhood.
Cookie Stand
Girl Scouts can set up a lemonade style stand in front of their residence on private property. The entire family can team up and get as creative as they want to market to passersby.
Online with Digital Cookie
Once a Girl Scout has registered their Digital Cookie account (see the Digital Cookie Guide for more info), they can share ordering links, take orders, process digital payments, and monitor their recognitions earned. Girl Scouts can even send encouraging 'cheers' to their fellow troop members!
Cookie Share
Giving back to the community is what Girl Scouts is all about! Cookie Share gives customers the option to donate cookies to organizations, like the USO and Philabundance. Girl Scouts simply collect money from customers and GSEP facilitates getting the cookies to our partner organizations.
Cookie Booths
Perhaps the most recognizable way Girl Scouts sell Cookies - a cookie booth is a temporary “shop” set up in a pre-approved area that is accessed by the general public. Cookie booths are the most direct and visible interaction the public has with Girl Scouts. All booths must be pre-approved by the troop and/or service unit and located within the service unit boundaries.
