All Service Unit Delegates, Girl Delegates, Girl Advisors, Board members, BDC members, and nominees are strongly encouraged to attend. Interested members are also welcome to join!
Attendees will get to hear the Treasurer’s Report and our CEO will present the State of the Council (both of which reflect FY/MY24 and the first half of FY/MY25). The Delegate Council members will then elect Board Officers, new Board members, Girl Advisors, Girl Delegates, and the 2026 National Council Delegation. Finally, the Top Cookie Sellers and the Scholarship Recipients will also be publicly celebrated!
Please note: this year’s agenda only includes the Annual Meeting. There will not be a lunch or activities after.
**NEW DATE** for Special Delegate Council Meeting in June!

As announced at the Spring Delegate Council Meeting, we will be hosting a virtual-only Special Delegate Council Meeting in early June. The NEW date is Wednesday, June 4. All Service Unit Delegates and Girl Delegates are encouraged to participate. Any interested member is welcome!
The focus of the meeting will be the proposals submitted by all the Girl Scout Councils to be considered for debate and vote at the 2026 National Council Session. GSUSA has created a new process this year and will share all the proposals sent in with all the Councils to discuss whether those concepts should be passed along to the National Board to include in the 2026 NCS Agenda. (As a reminder, the National Board has the “sole” authority to determine if proposals should be part of the NCS agenda.)
GSUSA will publish the submitted proposals on June 1, and GSEP’s Delegate Council will discuss whether to support moving the proposals along in the process. This will NOT be a vote on whether we agree with the proposal itself… but rather, if the concept is worthy enough for future debate.
