Thank you to all our Delegate Council members and interested members who attended the 2025 Annual Meeting on May 3. Girl Scout Governance is vitally important to this Council and the entire Movement, so we appreciate everyone’s time and interest.
In addition to voting on the slates for Board Officers and Members-at-Large (we have 4 new Board members!), Girl Advisors to the Board, Board Development Committee members, Girl Delegates, and the 2026 National Council Delegation, we also had a Governance Report, Treasurer’s Report, and Management Report. And, we celebrated our Top Cookie Sellers and Older Girl Scholarship recipients.
If you missed the Annual Meeting and want to catch up, please take a few moments to look over the PDF of the Annual Meeting Powerpoint slides presented on May 3 and review the official Annual Meeting minutes. You can also peruse the 2024 Annual Report, which our CEO referenced during her Management Report.
Service Unit Delegates should be elected between now and August 31. This timeframe allows a new SU Delegate/Alternate time to participate in Governance training in September before the Fall Delegate Council meeting in October.
Please check out the Service Unit Delegate Election Info tab at the bottom of this page for more information. The Election Results form can also be found in the tab; the form should be returned to governance@gsep.org no later than August 31.

If you are new to your Governance role – WELCOME!
We offer 3 training sessions for your convenience (you only have to attend one!). You are strongly encouraged to participate in one of the sessions so that you will understand the expectations and responsibilities as a new Girl Delegate, Service Unit Delegate, or Service Unit Alternate.
