Calling All Girl Bosses
Registration for the 2026-2027 Calling All Girl Bosses program is now oepn!
A year-long program empowering girls in grades 6-12
to lead the change they want to see in their neighborhoods.
Calling All Girl Bosses was developed by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP) as a blueprint to give girls in grades 6-12 the skills they need to identify a community problem and Take Action to find a solution.
Between September-May, girls participate in a series of 11 in-person workshops held on Saturdays from 10am-1pm at local “hubs.”
Through the course of the program, girls gain skills, tools, guidance, and coaching to design a Take Action project, develop a successful Silver or Gold Award proposal, and carry their projects through to completion.
Who Can Participate
Calling All Girl Bosses is open to all girls entering grades 6-12. No previous Girl Scout experience is required and you do not need to be part of a troop. Girls who are not already registered members are welcome to join Girl Scouts in order to participate.
