A year-long program empowering girls in grades 6-12
to lead the change they want to see in their neighborhoods.
Let’s provide them with the opportunity, support, safety, skills, and adult guidance they need to turn their visions into reality.
Calling All Girl Bosses was developed by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP) as a blueprint to give girls in grades 6-12 the skills they need to identify a community problem and Take Action to find a solution. Driven by passion, determination, and a desire to make the world a better place, girls will discover their agency to make real sustainable changes in their neighborhoods while working towards the highest awards in Girl Scouting.
The program kicks off in September 2026 and runs through May 2027. Working alongside their peers and with the support of volunteers and mentors, girls will participate in 11 three-hour workshops held at safe locations in the community.
Become a Program Partner
We are currently seeking program partners who can do one or more of the following:
- Help us connect with girls in grades 6-12 and their families by sending home flyers, sharing info via email or social media, or by hosting an info session.
- Host Calling All Girl Bosses meetings at your location (eight three-hour meetings held on Saturdays between October-May); and/or host a full-group meeting (250-person capacity) in September 2026 & May 2027.
- Act as a hub/resource center to provide a safe space and technology for girls to work on their projects individually between meetings.
- Provide mentors and/or volunteers to lead meetings and support girls as they Take Action and earn the highest awards.
