This form is to be utilized by Troop Leaders looking to make updates to their troop information for the Opportunity Catalog. Your updates will keep your troop information fresh and accurate which means that interested and waiting girls will be able to choose from a list of available troops near them when they register for Girl Scouts. We look forward to making the Girl Scout experience more accessible for all girls who want to get involved.
If you need to make updates to your troop meeting information online, here's how:
- Log in to your MyGS account and click My Account at the top
- Select your troop number under My Troops on the left
- Click Edit meeting details to update your meeting location, address, day, time and frequency.
If you need to update other troop information, you must complete the form below. Please allow 2-3 business days for troop updates to take effect.
Notes about your troop data:
- Number of girls is based on a minimum standard of 12 for Daisy level troops and 20 for all other levels. All troops with available space for girls are displayed in the troop catalog. See chart below for volunteer—to-youth ratios.
- School association helps us determine our presence and troop formation needs within the community; it is NOT where the troop meets and is assigned based on the school the majority of girls are attending.
- Troop meeting address is NOT posted online. The catalog search and map features are based on general distances using the troop zip code.
