As a current signer of the below referenced SU/Troop, I hereby authorize Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP) to initiate credit and/or debit entires associated with payment of sweeps, for example Product Program, for my SU/Troop in accordance with GSEP's ACH Procedures.
