New Leader Launchpad Program
GSEP's New Leader Launchpad Program for Membership Year 2027 is closed, check back later for details on next year's program.
Get hands-on training and mentorship during our yearlong new leader onboarding program that was designed around volunteer feedback. Our goal is to provide a high level of support that minimizes new troop leadership challenges.
- $100 troop startup funds
- Access to streamlined systems (save time!)
- Support from a designated staff mentor
- Specially designed start up toolkit
- Three (3) in person *trainings
- Swag bag filled with troop supplies
*Training attendance in September, November, and March is required.
A variety of dates and locations Council-wide will be available, including GSEP’s Camp Mountain House and Shelly Ridge and Valley Forge Service Centers. Please check back here regularly for dates, times, and locations.
