New Leader Launchpad Program
Are you a new Troop Leader looking for guidance on your first year of Girl Scouting? Consider joining our new leader launchpad program, crafted with volunteer feedback and designed to minimize the challenges of new troop leadership!
Troop leaders who started on or after April 2025 are eligible to sign up and will receive:
- $100 troop startup funds
- Access to streamlined systems (save time!)
- Support from a designated staff mentor
- Specially designed start up toolkit
- Free registration for the FALL Leadership Weekend
- Three targeted in-person trainings over the course of the year
