Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania owns and operates six uniquely different properties throughout Eastern Pennsylvania that are available to non-Girl Scout groups and organizations for corporate retreats, school day and overnight trips, camping, outdoor programs, and private events. Our properties are multipurpose and can accommodate small and large groups.
Each site offers an outdoor opportunity for exploration, education, and a camp experience as well as indoor and outdoor space to hold many types of functions. With facilities close to urban centers of Philadelphia and Allentown, as well as more secluded settings, there is something for every type of event. If you would like to reserve a camp for a non-Girl Scout event, please submit your inquiry below for availability and pricing.
Please note: June, July, and August are reserved strictly for Girl Scout Camp and cannot host any external events during that period.
Insurance: All non-Girl Scout rental groups will be required to sign a Property Rental Agreement prior to their rental date that includes proof of at least $1,000,000 liability insurance with Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania listed as an additional insured.
Renters: Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania reserves the right to deny any request to use facilities and does not rent out to competing organizations. If you are unsure if your group falls with in this category, please reach out.

Outside groups must follow all GSEP and GSUSA standards and rules governing usage of council sites, and will receive a camp confirmation packet after reservation confirmation.

With almost 500 acres, Camp Laughing Waters has a little something for everyone. Camp Laughing Waters is convenientely located approximately six miles from the Sanatoga exit of Route 422 in Gilbertsville. A tranquil creek runs through the property just waiting to be explored, along with plenty of large grassy areas for outdoor gatherings.
Our overnight facilities include cabins with showers and flush toilets, as well as rustic platform tent units. Camp Laughing Waters has a large dining hall with a commercial kitchen.

Camp Mosey Wood is located in Carbon County and has amenities that highlight the best of our outdoor adventure activities, punctuated by a three story challenge tower and dueling zip lines. Camp Mosey Wood features a hidden nature trail that surrounds a beautiful lake.
