Across the council, Girl Scouts will be participating in activities to celebrate, learn about, and have fun in State Parks.
Registration is required!
Girl Scouts and their families are invited to learn to fish the SMART way together! We’ll practice simple knots, try casting, explore real fishing gear, learn how to identify common fish, and discover which baits work best. Then we’ll head to the water for some catch‑and‑release fun.
This program is limited to 12 participants. Family members are welcome to sit and watch; however, seating will not be provided. If you would like to sit, please bring your own chair or blanket.
This experience is designed for ages 7 and up. Please wear shoes that can get wet and clothes that can get dirty. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
