About the Recognition
Numeral Guards: Recognizes the number of combined Girl and Adult years as a registered member of Girl Scouts. Membership Numeral Guards for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years are purchased and presented by the Service Unit.
*Form required for adults only. To purchase pins for girls, contact shop@gsep.org
Years of Service Pins: Recognizes years of Adult service as a registered member of Girl Scouts. Years of Service Pins for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years are purchased and presented by the Service Unit.
— Individuals should work with their Service Unit Recognitions Chair (or appointee) to ensure accuracy and that there is no duplication
— Deadlne is rolling
Instructions
- Complete all Requester Information fields
- Complete the Pins Requested fields
- Enter the number of individuals who should receive each pin (enter 0 where appropriate)
- Enter the names of all individuals who should receive each pin (IE. Sally Smith - Ambler, PA; Betty Jones - Ambler, PA)
- Click "Submit"
- Go to anv local GSEP Retail Shop (or mobile shop with prior arrangement for pick up). Reference this request with the shop associate to purchase the pins
- GSEP staff will add pin information to individual's records
