Ready to Take Action and work toward your Silver or Gold Award? Calling All Girl Bosses is a nine-month leadership program for Girl Scouts that runs from September 2026 through May 2027. Girls participate in 11 Saturday workshops where they work alongside peers, mentors, and community leaders to identify a local issue and create a project that makes a real difference. Along the way, participants receive the guidance, tools, and encouragement needed to complete their Silver or Gold Award.

Participants will receive a CAGB t-shirt, sweatshirt, and tote, snacks and lunch for each workshop, and access to the Take Action grant program.
Girls and caregivers should attend a Calling All Girl Bosses information session (held every Monday on Zoom) before registering. Full program dates and additional details are available at gsep.org/girlbosses.
No previous awards or prerequisites are required. Girls who are not yet members are welcome to join Girl Scouts in order to participate.
