The Girl Scout Bronze Award is the highest honor a Girl Scout Junior
can achieve. As you and your team plan and complete your Take Action
project, you’ll develop more confidence, meet new people, and have the
kind of fun that happens when you work with other Girl Scouts to make
a difference.
All of the requirements for the Girl Scout Bronze Award must be
completed before bridging to a Girl Scout Cadette (September 30 after
completing 5th grade). Ask questions and receive support to earn your
Bronze Award via email.
DEADLINES
Please note that the highest award deadlines for Girl Scouts
with projects due in 2020 were extended until December 30, 2020. To
that end, any Girl Scout with a 2020 due date needing additional
time to complete their Bronze, Silver, or Gold Award project will be
granted it.
The new deadline for Troop Leaders of current 6th graders to
register Bronze Award Girl Scouts for “Bronze Award Completion 2020”
in Program/Event Registration is February 28th, 2021. Any 6th grader
taking advantage of the extension that completes the Bronze Award
after that date is encouraged to register for "Bronze Award
Completion 2021" to have the achievement added to her Girl Scout record.
