DORTHEA B. LEH CAMPERSHIP
(Must attend Camp Mosey Wood)
In 1998, the Great Valley Girl Scout Council (one
of three councils later merged into the Eastern Pennsylvania Council)
established a fund to award a campership for girls to attend Camp
Mosey Wood. This bequest was dedicated by John Henry Leh who provided
great leadership and vision as a council “founding father”. The
campership is named in honor of Dorthea B. Leh and awards up to two
weeks at resident Camp Mosey Wood.
Criteria: Nominee must be a currently registered Girl Scout at Eastern PA Council and must attend Camp Mosey Wood.
Requirements and Instructions:
- Describe in writing why the campership is a financial need.
- Submit one letter of recommendation (non-relative) attesting to the nominees’ financial need.
