The Mindful Leader
Presented by Kristie Piacine, Kind Living Designs
You know what you are capable of but there are deadlines, dates and to-dos swirling all around you. Life is good and feels full - but sometimes too full. How do you get to that sweet spot of balancing the stressors in your life? How does being fully present and aware of your emotions stave off stress? And how does it make you a better leader? Do you know how to navigate the stressors in your life while keeping yourself intact? Join Miss Kristie and learn to hear and quiet your internal critic, handle your external critics and discuss the difference between taking charge and BE-ing in charge.
