Become empowered with St. Luke’s! During this experience, St. Luke’s will provide a resource and outlet to foster relationships, improve feelings of self-worth, and be physically active. Research has shown many benefits for strength training in regard to enhancing athleticism, physical performance, preventing injury, and improving self-confidence at any age under proper supervision. Discover a love of strength training by learning basic strength training movements, the importance of a proper warm up and cool down, and that being strong is beautiful. All troops must meet girl-adult ratios for their group. Individual girls must be accompanied by a registered adult.
