YOU are amazing, so let's celebrate you! Join the staff of Girls Empowered and fellow Girl Scouts virtually to learn how to take the best care of yourself mentally, physically and spiritually. Participate in fun, hands-on activities and interactive discussions as you learn about well-balanced nutrition, develop positive body image, learn the benefits of exercise, and gain positive stress management skills. Then relax and enjoy some yoga fun with your friends.
The following supplies are needed: pencils and paper, wear comfy clothes and have a yoga mat or towel.
