The cake is a 6 layer fault line cake featuring the incredibly tasty Toast-Yay! cookie. The cake is a cinnamon, brown sugar & Madagascar Vanilla cake , layered with our homemade brown sugar glaze, iced with our classic vanilla buttercream. The fault line features this years newest Girl Scout cookie and is accented with edible gold, gold pearls, and gold stars. The cake is dusted with edible gold and garnished with the Toast-Yay! cookie.
Toast-Yay Cookie Cake
It’s a 6 inch cinnamon vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream and the Toast-Yay! cookie crumbs. It’s iced with vanilla buttercream and topped with a white chocolate maple syrup ganache. The cake is decorated with the Toast-Yay! cookies on top.
Toast-Yay! Cookie Cake
A vanilla cake with cinnamon maple filling and vanilla icing, the bottom ring of the exterior is coated in crushed up Toast-Yay! cookies as well as on top to add the flavor of the cookie.

French Toast Cake
Inside are layers of cinnamon swirl cake with French toast buttercream filling and frosting. It is finished with a caramel drip, brown sugar oat streusel and a dusting of powdered sugar. For the French toast buttercream I crushed the Toast-Yay! cookies until they were a powder and added them to my vanilla buttercream along with cinnamon and maple syrup.
