Who is Juliette?
Juliette Gordon Low founded Girl Scouts on March 12, 1912. Juliette started the Girl Scout movement before women were even allowed to vote. She believed all girls should be given the opportunity to develop physically, mentally and spiritually. Juliette traveled around the world and gained admirers and friends of many different ages, nationalities and walks of life.
Now it’s your turn to explore the world with Flat Juliette! She’s full of courage, confidence and character—just like YOU. Take Juliette with you on trips, to athletic events (she loves sports), to volunteer events, trying new things—you name it! Introduce her to new friends and places. Make sure you take pictures with her and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. (HINT: We might have a photo contest in the future!)
