Council-Sponsored Travel

We believe that each and every girl deserves a chance to see the world! That's why we developed the Travel Pathway-to give you opportunities to learn about new cultures and meet new people. Travel with us!

Girls that participate will receive the GSEP Travel Patch!

Are you the only girl in your troop with a desire to travel? Are you an independently registered Girl Scout and want to make new friends while exploring? Interested in traveling, but not sure about going too far from home without a friend or adult that you know? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then Council Travel is perfect for you! Curious, open minded, and mature Girl Scouts ages 12 and up can travel on these trips!

Troops can register for these trips too! Troops are allowed to register one troop leader, co leader, or assistant leader for every four girls registered.  We just ask that the adults remember that they are chaperones on the trip and are not in charge of the itinerary. The tour is fast paced and hotels, meals, and activities are geared for the girls. It is a ton of fun and a lot of walking each day. Keeping up with the group is essential. No complaining as it ruins the atmosphere for the whole group and for the girls!

Once you are registered for a trip you will meet the other girls and adult chaperones to plan additional trip activities and get to know one another. By the time the trip comes around you’ll be traveling with new Girl Scout friends and adults you know.
