Using Typewriter to Fill Out PDFs
All the PDF forms on this web site have been "Typewriter Enabled" in Adobe Acrobat Reader. This feature allows you save the form to your computer, fill out the form, and email it to its final destination. If the form requires a signature, you will need to print the form out and sign it.
1. Open the PDF and save it to your computer. You may want to change the name slightly so you know it is your copy of the form. Close the browser window.
2. Open the PDF you have just saved to your computer. At the top of the page there will be a tool bar. In the tool bar is a typewriter icon.
3. Click on the typwriter icon, then click in the area you wish to enter information.
4. Start typing. The buttons to the right of the typwriter icon allow you to adjust the size of the typewritten entry.
