Shake it Out!
Exercise is great for your mind and body, but it can also be fun! Join One Fit Body and learn the basic techniques of yoga and Zumba. Work side by side with the instructor to practice your new skills and learn how yoga and Zumba are used to keep stress levels down and heart rates up! You’ll leave feeling energized and with new poses that you can practice at home. All troops must meet girl-adult ratios for their group. Individual girls must be accompanied by a registered adult. *Completes step 1 of the Staying Fit badge for Juniors.
