SUM Set for Success
Calling all Service Unit Managers! Whether you are new to your role as the lead volunteer for your service unit or have been in this role for a while, this training is for you! Join us for this in-person session, where you’ll connect with fellow SUMS, participate in hands-on activities, and leave feeling equipped to tackle your role with confidence. Here is just a snapshot of some of the topics we’ll cover in the training:
• Gain knowledge of the duties/roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the SUM and the Service Unit Team
• Gain insights into building a strong team, planning effective meetings, and working together
• Learn how to utilize the new SUM Manual
