Welcome to the GSEP campsite rental page! Site availability can be viewed online and is based on a first come, first served basis. Sites cannot be "held" and we do not have waitlists for facility rentals. Remember, the site functions like a hotel booking site so enter specific dates in your search. Reservations must be made directly online. Please indicate in the space provided your Girl Scout council, troop, and service unit so your reservation can be processed quickly.

Browse through our Facilities Guide for more information on specific site rental facilities and pricing.

At this time, Camporees have been assigned for the spring, which means that it will look like there is not much leftover for you to rent in April and May for troop camping. Don't worry, as there is still a chance to get some great spots in our beautiful camps! We will be asking camporee directors to release their unused sites and activities in February. If you would like to be added to a troop camping waitlist that will give you the inside edge on booking when space becomes available in February,  please fill out this form on our website. We will email you to let you know when the camporees have been released and sites have opened. This email announcement will allow you the advantage of knowing when releases have been completed. Happy booking!

Service Unit Camporees

Service Unit Camporees

Service Unit camporees are a wonderful opportunity to share Girl Scout sisterhood in the great outdoors! A camporee differs from troop camping in that it is a Service Unit gathering of troops for a period of camping and activities. We host camporees twice yearly at four of our camp properties. The options for camporees are spring (March, April, May) and fall (September, October). The properties available for camporees are Laughing Waters, Mosey Wood, Shelly Ridge and Wood Haven.

NEW for 2019 is our Service Unit Camporee Field Guide, a 13-page guide that lays out all you need to know to host a successful camporee, from beginning to end! Also available now is our online application. No more need to print our paper application and mail it in with a check!

Applications are open in September for spring camporees and January for fall camporees. Applications now closed for spring.

For more details, please read through the Field Guide. If you still have further questions, please reach out to us directly by emailing  memberservices@gsep.org with the subject line SU Camporee, or by calling us at 215-564-2030.

Happy camping!
