Welcome to the GSEP campsite rental page! Site availability can be viewed online. Reservations may be made directly online (for GSEP members only). Sites cannot be "held" until registration is made online. Service Units will need to request reservations for camporees using the printed SU Camporee application. Camporee lotteries occur twice a year (see application for dates).
Non-GSEP groups: please contact us at campfacilities@gsep.org for availability and pricing.
Troops/group leaders, families, and outside groups must follow all GSEP and GSUSA standards and rules governing usage of council sites, and will receive a camp confirmation packet after reservation confirmation.
If you have any questions about lodging/activities, pricing, or capacity, out our Facilities Guide.

Service Unit Camporees
To complete your site rental, sign and submit this Site Rental Application for Service Unit camporees.
*These applications are randomly drawn for camping reservations 9 months in advance. Lottery is done in September for camporee requests for spring, and in January for fall camporee applications.
Any camporee application received without appropriate payment will not be processed.
If you are staying at Mosey Wood, complete the bear protocol agreement.
Please Note: It is the policy of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania to redeposit checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) automatically and without notice. A $10 processing fee maybe charged for NSF checks and closed accounts. When a check is returned by the bank twice, the Council reserves the right to require payment by cash or certified funds.
Exceptions
Safety Activity Checkpoints require that men be given seperate slepeing quarters and restroom facilities when camping with girls. Contact campfacilities@gsep.org for more information about accomodations for men.
