A Whole Foods Healthy Eating Specialist will show you how to prepare a nutritious, appetizing and attractive meal, as well as techniques such as knife safety skills. Then it will be your turn to prepare foods for the whole group to enjoy! Care will be taken to provide accommodations for all food allergies.
