Our Annual Report reflect the succes of our strategic plan. We’ve made significant progress towards our plan by:
- maximizing our resources to reach more girls with exciting and challenging programs that focus on real-world needs and expectations
- building a membership that is growingly diverse with flexible participation and leadership models, in-school programs that engage and respond to inner-city and cultural needs and interest-based troops that immerse girls in the specialized activities they love
- implementing research- and outcomes-based programs that are measurable, mission-driven and girl-centric to turn today’s girls into tomorrow’s leaders
- establishing new partnerships and support models to confirm our long-term financial growth and stability
