2012 Strategic Priorities


Girl Scouts of Eastern PA - 2012 Strategic Priorities

1.  Retain and grow Girl Membership and market share, with consistent delivery of high quality programs;

 

2.  Improve customer service and infrastructure, including business systems and properties;

 

3.  Formalize Volunteer Management to improve recruitment, retention, and effectiveness of volunteers and to ensure a positive girl and volunteer experience;

 

4.  Enhance GSEP culture for Volunteers and Staff members through investment in education and training;

 

5.  Expand and diversify GSEP funding with emphasis on increasing contributed revenue;

 

6.  Improve communications with our members, parents, and other stakeholders;

 

7.  Pursue new uses of technology to engage and serve Girls and Volunteers;

 

8.  Leverage partnerships to reach and serve more Girls;

 

9.  Engage constituents at all levels in the 100th Anniversary celebration.
